Summary of Experience

Ms. Newgard is a Vice President with EcolSciences, Inc. with over 20 years experience in the environmental consulting field. Ms. Newgard has been certified as a Professional Wetlands Scientist by the Society of Wetland Scientists and is one of only a small number of professionals recognized as Qualified Bog Turtle Surveyors by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. Her areas of expertise lie in the inventory and evaluation of terrestrial and wetland systems, and with the assessment and mitigation of impacts associated with major development. Ms. Newgard has conducted threatened and endangered species surveys at the request of State Federal and local agencies and has significant experience with wetland permitting. Ms. Newgard routinely represents the firm's clients before State and federal Regulatory agencies as well as at the County and Municipal level.
