Summary of Experience

During his 19-year employment at EcolSciences, Mr. Matthews has designed and implemented a wide range of hazardous waste site investigation and remedial actions for commercial and industrial facilities, as well as some of the largest Brownfields sites in the State of New Jersey that have been redeveloped or are currently in the planning and development stages. Mr. Matthews' responsibilities routinely include the implementation and supervision of cleanup activities at major industrial properties subject to remediation under the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act, implementation and supervision of underground storage tank removal activities at industrial, commercial, and municipal facilities, and the completion of numerous Phase I/Phase II Site Assessments for lending institutions and real estate developers. Mr. Matthews is also qualified to perform quality assurance evaluations of laboratory analytical deliverables, and previously held the position of laboratory supervisor for an NJDEP-certified water and wastewater laboratory.
