Summary of Experience
Ms. Campman is a Vice President at EcolSciences, Inc. with over twenty-nine years of consulting experience. She has been involved in a wide range of projects, including Phase I and Phase II assessments, ISRA submissions, remedial investigations, and remediation of contaminated properties under the New Jersey Voluntary Cleanup Program. Over the past twelve years, Ms. Campman's primary responsibility has been the management of multiple major Brownfields Redevelopment projects along the Hudson River Waterfront. Collectively, these projects encompass over 200 acres along two miles of waterfront and include a mix of uses, including residential, hotel, commercial and recreation. Ms. Campman is responsible for coordinating interim approvals from NJDEP at milestones in the MOA process, interfacing with municipal officials and prospective purchasers, and orchestrating No Further Action determinations from NJDEP as individual phases of development are completed so that Certificates of Occupancy and financing can be secured.
