Summary of Experience
During the past 21 years, Mr. Koutouzakis has conducted numerous environmental studies for a wide range of clients including federal and local government agencies, development and legal professions, industrial clients, and private citizens. Natural resource-related experience includes wetland delineation, permitting, restoration, and mitigation; the preparation of various environmental technical reports and permitting applications associated with Freshwater Wetlands, Flood Hazard Areas, and Coastal Zones, as well as for Environmental Impact Statements. Additional experience includes threatened and endangered plant and animal species habitat assessments and species-specific surveys, as well as ecotox/ecorisk evaluations. Extensive experience applying skill set to Right-of-Way (ROW) work, including overhead electric transmission lines, gas pipelines, road/highway projects, and/or fiber-optic lines.
