Mr. Moskowitz is a Principal Owner of EcolSciences, Inc and joined the firm in 1986. During the past 38 years, Mr. Moskowitz has conducted thousands of environmental studies for a wide range of clients including government agencies, and the development, legal, engineering and financial professions. These studies have focused on wetland and wildlife issues including delineations, mitigation, field surveys and regulatory compliance as well as Phase I, Phase II and Brownfields Redevelopment. Mr. Moskowitz has been certified as a Professional Wetlands Scientist by the Society of Wetland Scientists and as a Wetland Delineator by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is also one of only a small number of professionals recognized as Qualified Bog Turtle Surveyors by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. Mr. Moskowitz has published more than three-dozen technical and popular papers on wildlife, wetland, and threatened and endangered species related topics and has lectured widely on numerous environmental topics.
