New Jersey's Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) requires owners and/or operators of industrial establishments responsibility for environmental clean-up of their property. Before closure, transfer of operations or sale, among other applicable transactions, approval must be obtained pursuant to NJDEP regulations and LSRP oversight. To obtain this approval, a series of notifications, assessment and technical analyses must be completed.
