Ms. Tekel is a Vice President with EcolSciences, Inc. Her responsibilities include: the implementation and documentation of wildlife habitat assessments and surveys, the delineation of wetlands based on the Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands, the preparation of applications for Letters of Interpretation, Freshwater Wetlands General Permit and Transition Area Waiver applications in accordance with the New Jersey Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and the of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in its capacity as an instrument of environmental analysis.
